A technology and design company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Growth Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying and scaling new growth channels with efficiency
• Building and defining a cohesive growth strategy for the product line
• Owning experiments to discover new growth channels and optimize current strategies

• 5+ years working at a fast growing technology company in a growth or product growth role
• An appreciation for quality over quantity and value thoughtful design and differentiated growth tactics
• Experience scaling a consumer startup to the major growth milestones
• Managed and built growth or product teams from early days to scale
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
• A desire to learn quickly and thrive in environments with little guidance
