Job Summary

A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Senior Health Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention within assigned book of accounts
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to tailor a long-term success plan for each client
  • Conduct quarterly on-site performance reviews

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Conduct quarterly on-site
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of professional experience and at least 2+ years of working knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively navigate conflict
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of an extended, cross-functional team
