Job Summary
A healthcare provider is in need of a Remote Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Respond to complex customer calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Health License
- Any customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, or any experience in an office setting environment
- Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
