Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Healthcare Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other team members or internal customers
- Handling escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues in a one and done manner
- Answering incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Able to successful complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
