Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Healthcare Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other team members or internal customers
  • Handling escalated calls, resolving more complex customer issues in a one and done manner
  • Answering incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Able to successful complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
