Job Summary
A digital communication platform provider is in need of a Remote Senior Healthcare Learning and Development Sales Manager .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide coaching, motivation and support to enhance the engagement and success of their team of training specialists
- Evaluate trainers, curriculum and processes
- Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience managing training and/or adult learning programs
- 6+ years' experience in training and/or adult learning
- Strong coaching skills
- Creative Content Redesign
- Understanding of Root Cause Analytics Data analysis and reporting skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
