Job Summary
An information services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Help Desk Client Services Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting incoming client calls to the support line
- Providing support to all clients while logged in a call queue
- Working support cases
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated track record as an advocate for customer success
