Job Summary
A home warranty and services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Help Desk Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.
- Responding to questions from emails and callers
- Following standard Deskside operating procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree in computer science and 3-5 years’ work experience in the specialty area or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems with an emphasis on MAC Os
- Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives
