Job Summary
An enterprise software company specializing in solutions for higher education is seeking a Remote Senior HR Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Implementing the company's Human Resources strategy across a defined group of business teams and functions
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to the executives and will have a business-focused mindset to help translate business objectives to human capital strategies
- Partnering with management to develop and translate business strategy and become a trusted adviser to leaders in the organization
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Preferred experience with a SaaS based software technology company
- BA in Human Resources Management, a related program or the equivalent in experience
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic high growth environment
- 10 years generalist HR experience, with a preference for experience in an HRBP role
- Demonstrated entrepreneurialship, persistency, and resourcefulness, with the ability to learn quickly
- Experience partnering with director and executive level professionals
