Job Summary
A dental insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior HR Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and counselor to business leaders and their respective organizations
- Provide compensation support and assistance with job leveling and writing job descriptions
- Report, review, and analyze data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources
- 5+ years experience as an HR Business Partner
- Ability to analyze and review data, making recommendations based on trends
- Must be able to coach executives and be a strategic thinker
- Must be able to balance competing priorities and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent communication and project management skills
