Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior HR Business Partner in Redmond.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing daily Human Resources guidance
• Analyzing HR data trends and metrics with leaders to assist in good business decisions
• Resolving complex employee relations issues and grievances

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities
• A minimum of 15 years’ experience working in a variety of Human Resource capacities
• 10+ years management experience
• Consultative, problem solving, and counseling skills
• Ability to coach employees
• Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems
