Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior HR Business Partner in Redmond.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing daily Human Resources guidance
- Analyzing HR data trends and metrics with leaders to assist in good business decisions
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and grievances
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience working in a variety of Human Resource capacities
- 10+ years management experience
- Consultative, problem solving, and counseling skills
- Ability to coach employees
- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems
