A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior HR Business Partner in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing executive coaching and designing a strategic HR plan for our rapidly growing insurance business
- Collaborating with VP of People and broader People team to establish HR plans and solutions
- Leading a small team of HR generalists
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- OR equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of work experience in Human Resources
- Experience working with Engineering teams
