Job Summary

A retail company is seeking a Remote Senior HR Operations Technical Program Manager 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Prioritizing feature opportunities and developing backlog, supporting our roadmap
  • Consulting internal partners on effective utilization of technology to support their processes
  • Defining and evaluating tool needs with HR and non-HR groups

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of HRIS and/or HR analytics experience in a large corporate environment
  • 3+ years of technical program management experience
  • Product, Program, or Project Manager experience working with SaaS solutions
  • A proven track record of consistent and measurable delivery of large cross-functional and high-profile initiatives
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience managing technical initiatives that span several teams and functional areas
  • Familiarity with agile development frameworks and tools
