Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Senior HR Reporting Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the process for People Operations report development and learning
  • Provide report development and support for Dashboard creation as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 4 years of experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher in HCM Cloud
  • 2 years of experience in SQL
  • 3 years of experience in positions performing report development using Oracle OTBI
  • Working knowledge of applying advanced statistical methodologies to data analysis
  • Working knowledge of HCM and Talent Management modules
  • Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Dashboard creation
