Job Summary

A chemicals and biotechnology company has an open position for a Remote Senior HR Services Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing assigned HR operational cases end-to-end ensuring resolution within defined metrics
• Acting as first point of contact for key stakeholders for service related questions via the case management system
• Managing regional compliance programs (AAP, EEO, Vets 4212) for assigned locations

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5-10 years in Workforce Administration, Payroll and Benefits and Workday experience required
• BS in Human Resources, Psychology, or Related field of study required
• Understands requests of internal and/or external customers and delivers solutions
• Demonstrates persistence and motivation to overcome obstacles and challenges
