Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Human Capital Management Customer Engagement Executive.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing continued focus on the attainment of the customer’s stated HCM business objectives
- Expanding business process automation across these key HCM solutions
- Tracking overall customer satisfaction and usage
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- 3-5 years of experience in selling or delivery consulting services
- 3-5 years of experience in managing complex customer accounts
- Commercial experience including the development of account management plans and contract negotiation
- Human capital management, recruitment, learning, compensation and talent management expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
