Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Senior Human Capital Management Customer Engagement Executive.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing continued focus on the attainment of the customer’s stated HCM business objectives
  • Expanding business process automation across these key HCM solutions
  • Tracking overall customer satisfaction and usage

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • 3-5 years of experience in selling or delivery consulting services
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing complex customer accounts
  • Commercial experience including the development of account management plans and contract negotiation
  • Human capital management, recruitment, learning, compensation and talent management expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
