Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Senior Human Resource Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maximize a start-up and small company's success
• Advise clients and their staff on HR best practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 25% travel may be required
• Consulting is delivered through phone consults, email interactions, and in (possibly) in person
• Requires a college degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
• A minimum of 15-20 years' experience in HR and management
