Job Summary
An aerospace engineering and emissions monitoring company is seeking a Remote Senior Human Resource Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping our Director of People architect our HR/People strategy, policy, and procedures
- Being responsible for the employee lifecycle within the organization
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on employee relations, best practice HR processes and tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience leading/coaching/overseeing teams under the umbrella of People
- Confidence in being the resident on-demand expert in all things HR
- Minimum of 7 years in HR with a firm grounding in employment law, liability, policy and compliance
- Understanding of employment laws across the US and in California
- Experience running internal compliance audits and participating in external audits
