Job Summary

A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Execute strategies and solutions in partnership with the business area to impact long-term talent strategies and needs
Work collaboratively across HR to co-create & deliver integrated, aligned & practical solutions for business leaders
Drive consistency of firm HR programs across the Division & provide support to others to ensure successful adoption

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required with three plus years HR experience
OR four to six years of equivalent work experience
Proven presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
