Job Summary

An information technology and staffing services firm is seeking a Remote Senior Human Resources Technical Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and update HR Content and self-service materials
• Support HR CoEs and Employee Service Centers with content creation and oversight
• Obtain information and processes from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in writing content using multiple writing styles
• 5+ years of experience developing content and graphics and driving SEO strategy
• Experience in knowledge management/self-service systems
• Experience using Sharepoint Analytics and/or Google Analytics
• Experience evaluating and developing HR content, graphics, and SEO
• Experience in creating Style Guides/Tone of Voice Documents/Governance Manuals
