Job Summary
A human resources software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Implementation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing new product/innovation implementations for existing clients
- Leading process improvement initiatives focused on improving our approach to implementation
- Presenting and contributing ideas to increase efficiencies for client implementations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in an Implementation role (or similar)
- Self-motivated and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communicatio
- Positive professional interactions across a diverse mix of colleagues
