An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Implementation Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing a collaborative relationship with the customer
- Planning and managing all aspects of the customer onboarding process
- Troubleshooting effectively via email and virtual meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (in a customer success, implementation, or customer support role)
- Understand K-12 structure and organization
- Ability to work and thrive in a fully remote environment
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement
- Technical aptitude
- Exceptional web conferencing presentation skills with small and large audiences
