Job Summary
An information technology consultancy is in need of a Remote Senior Imprivata Security Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Participating in the technical planning, buildout, and operations of the implementation
- Providing engineering expertise for build, integration, and expansion operations
- Managing operational response and meet response SLAs for support
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 or more years end user support experience
- 1 or more years supporting Imprivata appliances, agents, authenticators, and systems
- Experience with Windows 10 OS engineering and identity integration
- Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Strong understanding and skills troubleshooting web services platforms
- Experience with networking, Active Directory and LDAP
