Job Summary
A managed vision care company is seeking a Remote Senior Information Security Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and provision infrastructure and network security capabilities
- Participate in the deployment, installation, operation, and maintenance of security products, tools and solutions
- Participate in security architecture reviews to integrate requirements as part of the project management lifecycle
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of demonstrable Information Security experience, particularly in Security Engineering and Security Operations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive Windows, Mac, Linux and Unix experience
- Thorough understanding of network defense technologies, TCP/IP networking, Active Directory, etc
- Strong understanding of an information security stack
- Experience in security architecture design, network segmentation, firewall rulesets, network edge access control lists, and cloud security
