Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Information Technology Account Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Guiding customer satisfaction, account retention and growth
- Developing strong relationships with executives and influencers
- Owning forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or 4 years of additional related experience
- Regional equivalent to High School Diploma
- 5 - 7 years of B2B sales and customer account management experience
- Documented success in closing revenue generating business
- Successful account management/IB sales experience
- Experience in all facets of sales
