Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Information Technology Security Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing upgrades, patching, and vulnerability management on technologies assigned
• Developing repeatable processes for McAfee Web Gateway policy exceptions
• Supporting information security architectural requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience in IT related field
• 7+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education. Experience Details: IT Security
• Knowledge of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls and associated network protocols and concepts
• Experience developing, documenting, and maintaining security procedures
• Strong technical knowledge of current systems, software, protocols, and standards. including TCP/IP and network administration/protocols
