Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Infrastructure Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing secure container networking
  • Developing custom controllers using Kubebuilder API for automated deployments
  • Developing and operating cloud infrastructure used to run user-facing applications in multi-tenant, serverless, self-hosted environments

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure development, or related role(s)
  • Development experience with entire or significant portions of large, complex SaaS infrastructure operating at scale
  • Experience in managing and scaling distributed systems in one of the three major cloud providers
  • Practical experience with network and security implementations
  • Experience writing custom controllers using Kubebuilder and KEDA
