Job Summary
A professional training and coaching company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Inside Sales Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective customers and enroll them for company programs
- Conduct phone consultative sales conversations with students who set appointments and inquire through digital platforms
- Conduct prospective student interviews to qualify them for our program and then progress them through the enrollment process
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years minimum in an inside sales role or business development role for selling technical products
- 2 years minimum CRM and lead base management skills preferably with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Technical recruiting and/or education recruitment for IT program experience
- Coding / Software development experience is a plus
- Ability to facilitate consultative conversations to best ensure students educational and career goals are met
- Abiliyt to source, screen, interview, evaluate, and enroll potential students through inbound inquiries in order to meet your individual KPIs and goals
