Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting training needs analysis for the business and developing all training materials
- Completing communications and activities to meet the organization's job/role requirements
- Conducting ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommending / implementing modifications as necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional Instructional Design experience in a Corporate Training setting
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management and Project Deployment
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and how to apply in the design of learning experiences
- MS Office proficiency
- College degree or equivalent work experience
