Job Summary

An information technology company specializing in enterprise identity governance is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, creating, and publishing sales training content and courses
  • Establishing strong working relationships and facilitating conversations with key internal and external business partners
  • Understanding current learning needs and gaps to research, recommend, design and implement training and development initiatives

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or higher
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer within a fast-paced global sales force
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with designing sales training programs and workshops such as SKOs
  • Highly skilled with Articulate Storyline 2 and 360 (Advanced)
  • Highly skilled with Articulate Studio 360 (Advanced)
  • Highly skilled with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
