Job Summary

A research company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Design engaging learning solutions
Manage the completion of all stages of the learning development lifecycle
Plan project scope, budget, and timelines

Required Skills:

5+ years of instructional design experience (portfolio required)
Bachelor’s with experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or similar
Experience developing in a common learning model (ADDIE, 6 Ds, SAM, Agile)
Adaptability to new systems and concepts
Expert-level Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office, eLearning Authoring Tools and Sharepoint
Demonstrate the ability to breakdown and deliver a complex message to a variety of audiences
