A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Building engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Working with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs
Visualizing instructional graphics

Qualifications Include:

5+ years of success in a L&D role with experience in training design, development and delivery
Extensive experience conceptualizing, creating, and delivering trainings
Experience with learning tools, including instructor-led, workshop, group, and on-the-job learning
Training development experience involving adult learners
Experience with project management and time management tools and methodologies
Experience creating learning content for multicultural adult audiences
