Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Insurance Benefits Optimization Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Establish quality assurance/testing strategies and help develop test plans
- Ensure that overall benefit operations, and project-specific, performance metrics are in place and are managed
- Develop standardized tools and workflows for collecting, documenting, and tracking plan build and benefit configuration requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or comparable certification
- Experience managing teams and complex projects
- 6+ years of managing large projects or implementing process improvements within a managed care/insurance organization
- Experience facilitating/leading requirements gathering processes
