Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set annual sales job objectives, salesforce opportunity management
- Maintain a consistent data-driven approach to monitoring and analyzing agency performance
- Play a significant role in Agency Distribution’s growth strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study
- Minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a degree, a minimum of six years of analytical work experience
- Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
- Able to perform monthly in-depth analysis of production and activity trends
