Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Insurance Data Scientist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and evaluating pricing and unit economic component models
- Developing risk segmentation recommendations that find the right balance between growth and unit economics
- Attracting the right customers at the right time
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with applying advanced quantitative or predictive modeling techniques
- Actuarial experience preferred in Auto and Property
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a deep intellectual curiosity
- Strong programming skills with experience in SQL, R, and Python
