Job Summary
An internet service provider is in need of a Remote Senior Internet Service Expert.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage customer initiated and proactive support interactions with company customers
- Identify and communicate network level issues to Tier 2 as necessary
- Assist our field experts by working behind the scenes to detect and resolve issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are computer savvy
