Job Summary

An internet service provider is in need of a Remote Senior Internet Service Expert.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage customer initiated and proactive support interactions with company customers
  • Identify and communicate network level issues to Tier 2 as necessary
  • Assist our field experts by working behind the scenes to detect and resolve issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of help desk or troubleshooting customer service experience
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Are computer savvy
