Job Summary
A health and wellness company has an open position for a Remote Senior iOS Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Make significant contributions to feature development on our existing applicat ions
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends in the iOS ecosystem
- Be a core contributor to the maintenance and improvement of our existing systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of large-scale iOS experience in a team environment
- Ability to write code that is well structured, idiomatic, reusable, and easy to understand
- Excellent communicator: comfort explaining technical problems in person and in writing
- Willingness to learn some Android when needed (we have a cross-platform mobile team)
- A strong understanding of complex native mobile applications to help set the direction for iOS as we scale
