Job Summary
An engineering technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior IP and Licensing Corporate Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advising the company on IP matters
- Supporting the company's patent, trademark, and copyright protection strategies and portfolios
- Drafting and negotiating IP and technology license terms of various agreements
Qualifications for this position include:
- JD degree
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an IP attorney
- Experience protecting inventions and managing patent prosecution in the software area
- Experience with drafting and negotiating various types of license agreements and other agreements
