Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Senior IT Analyst Programmer in Rochester.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and support multiple systems or complex software applications
• Evaluate alternative approaches and presents recommendations to teams and unit leadership
• Be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom system software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience supporting Teams Meetings in various conference scenarios
• Experience in supporting a global environment with more than 10, 000 users
• At least 3 years of combined experience in managing and troubleshooting Teams and Skype for Business in a large enterprise
• Associate' s degree and 7 years' experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience
• Understanding of Teams policies and how to apply to organizational business requirements
• Understanding of security and governance regarding Teams
