An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior IT Consultant in Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Deploying, managing and auditing the best practice use of our software Products
• Providing architecture reviews, application discussions and prototype or full development
• Defining technical specification for custom developments

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related area
• 6+ years of experience in the field, in a related area
• Demonstrated Experience in Data Management or Solution development & deployment
• Must have some exposure to Data Integration
• Skills in Java, SQL, XML and Tomcat
• Knowledge in installation, configuration, optimization in Hadoop
