A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Senior IT Recruiter in Philadelphia.

Must be able to:

• Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants
• Interview applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
• Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with business development managers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a similar recruiting role
• High Volume recruiting experience, preferably in an IT staffing environment
• Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
• Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to hiring
• Proven success in placing IT professionals
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
