Job Summary

A worldwide leader in telecommunications services has a current position open for a Remote Senior Lead Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensuring intake and project prioritization include well defined and measurable definition of KPIs, benefits, costs, scope and objectives
• Defining Value Realization control and reporting strategy at portfolio and program level
• Supporting project managers to prepare accurate capital budgets, operating expense budgets and forecasts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Strong Program/Project Management, PMO Governance and Value Realization experience, with bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 8+ years related experience
• Value Realization and Portfolio Management techniques experience
• Experience with technologies and best practices across multiple platforms
• Experience driving transformation and optimization across functional areas
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively, in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels
