Job Summary
An entertainment technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Leadership Recruiting Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Partner with executive search firms, as appropriate
- Own full-cycle leadership-level search engagements in one or multiple key areas within our Global R&D organization
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years working as a technical recruiter hiring top talent in a vibrant environment
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
- Have experience partnering with hiring teams and hiring managers, including at the executive level
- Have a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level (Director+) passive candidates
