Job Summary

An entertainment technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Leadership Recruiting Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

Partner with executive search firms, as appropriate
Own full-cycle leadership-level search engagements in one or multiple key areas within our Global R&D organization
Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

6+ years working as a technical recruiter hiring top talent in a vibrant environment
Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
Have experience partnering with hiring teams and hiring managers, including at the executive level
Have a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level (Director+) passive candidates
