A consumer financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Learning and Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Lead and grow our Learning and Development team
• Scale the manager development program in our remote first hybrid work environment
• Write communications, plans, and draft other internal content related to employee learning

Qualifications for this position include:

• 8+ years of experience highlighting a combination of learning program management, instructional design, and facilitation
• Experience developing and delivering curriculum and learning programs from scratch
• Excellent communication skills, with an appetite for distilling sophisticated information to what matters most
