Job Summary

A open-source software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Learning and Development Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being the primary administrator and point of contact for our Learning Management System
• Coordinating learning logistics
• Driving L&D communication including marketing of training programs

Qualifications Include:

• 3 years of experience working within a full-cycle corporate Learning and Development group
• Experience being the system administrator of an Learning Management System
• Proven experience coordinating learning initiatives, including basic project management skills
• Have taken content outlines and created appealing presentations
• Been the main point of contact for technical guidance when setting up and running training programs
