A construction materials manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Senior Learning Experience Designer.

Must be able to:

• Design intuitive and creative learning and performance support tools and sales programs
• Develop training with an emphasis on innovative learning solutions and performance support
• Provide your expertise in talent management to help the global commercial organization build sales competency models

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or related disciplin
• Writing and communication skills must be strong
• Creative and can look at a project and find alternatives
• Flexible and can change course if needed
• Willing to assume authority, take risks, and set clear goals for career development
• Has personal ethics, does quality work and has a positive attitude
