A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Learning Experience Designer.
Must be able to:
- Understand the learning needs of our programs including onboarding, and functional learning
- Leverage creativity and consultative skills to bring innovative content delivery solutions
- Deliver learning products that meet objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of demonstrated impact developing learning experiences across leadership development
- A solid understanding of how people learn
- Expertise building and scaling learning initiatives in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment
- An eye for beautiful design and demonstrated ability to build content for maximum learning
- Experience managing external vendors for content development
- Video, graphic design, interactive design experience
