A global online retailer is seeking a Remote Senior Learning Experience Developer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking a results-oriented approach in partnering with business stakeholders to understand program goals
- Creating performance-focused training content
- Creating outstanding learning tools, performance support aids, practice tests, online tutorials, and other materials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, educational technology, organizational development, etc.
- 3+ years of work experience successfully designing and developing interactive learning solutions for global teams
- Expert level of understanding of visual information design concepts and multimedia principles
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
- Experience developing self-paced eLearning curriculums, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, assessments and print-based materials
- Advanced graphic design skills with tools such Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
