A global life sciences company is in need of a Remote Senior Leaves Management Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify leave types
  • Provide consultation and guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Own the full leave management process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years managing FMLA leave claims and ADA accommodations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Extensive knowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws
