A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Legal and Compliance Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Help with legal, compliance, and contract matters

  • Draft and review legal agreements and addendums

Position Requirements Include:

  • Off-sites and retreats
  • 2+ years experience in a law firm
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role with a technology company
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Law degree
