Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company has an open position for a Remote Senior Legal and Compliance Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of legal services and resources
- Participate in the formulation of general management policy
- Review, draft, and negotiate legal agreements for clients and vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 to 7 years of applicable experience as an in-house counsel to international companies
- Juris Doctor or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate, business and labor law
